Terminal «Factor» was established on the basis of Refholodflot’s assets. The first ship with round wood departed from the Terminal.
Company Overview
From 2004 to 2007 the Terminal in collaboration with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Rosmorport» has implemented the program of navigation channel dredging. As a result, the Terminal has gained the all-year navigation of vessels with displacement up to 5 000 tons.
The plans for the territory with the total area of 50 hectares development, the berth front expansion to 960 m, the annual cargo turnover increase to 2.5 million tons and development of the logistic containers complex were supported by the Government of the Leningrad Region.

To ensure the most efficient transhipment of soda ash, biofuel and agricultural cargo the Terminal has implemented a number of the investment projects in the period of 2014-2017.
The Terminal has got a license for transhipment of dangerous cargo delivered by railway and by sea.

Terminal «Factor»
Terminal is a private stevedoring company of the commercial seaport Ust-Luga – the largest seaport of the Baltic sea.
During the 20 years of work the Terminal has accumulated a significant experience of work with the cargo in bulk, general cargo and break-bulk cargo. During the period from 2014 to 2017 the investment projects for increase of soda ash, biofuel and grain cargo transhipment efficiency have been implemented at the Terminal.
Services:
- Accumulation, storage, sorting and preparation of ship consignments for loading;
- Acceptance and dispatch of goods by rail and by road;
- Loading and unloading of vessels.
Terminal «Factor» has been working with containers since 2012. Loading is carried out directly at the Terminal. Cargo is delivered to the Terminal by road, rail and sea.
