The Terminal is located within the borders of the Commercial Sea Port of Ust-Luga, at a distance of about 2 km from the village of Ust-Luga (Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region) and on the right bank of the river Luga, which flows into the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic sea.
